Gudauri Ski Resort

Gudauri Ski Resort represents $1.5 million investment in Gudauri, Georgia's most popular ski destination. The project comprises a 40-apartment hotel located in the newly developed RedCo New Gudauri Neighborhood, which features exclusive leisure activities and two separate ski lifts.

Our team has been integral to this project from its inception, representing investors in negotiations with the construction company and overseeing the revision of real estate title registration documents and service agreements with utility providers. As the project progressed, our team managed the investment, transforming it into a functioning business by handling all branding, marketing, business, and real estate management aspects.

Following a successful first operational year in the 2023-2024 season, the project continues to develop, with our team still at the head of all business operations.
